IR Practitioner needed for a leading university in the Eastern Cape!
This is a fantastic opportunity for an IR Practitioner to provide effective implementation of IR policies, procedures, advice and support in the management of employee relations throughout the institution, implement and manage Dispute Resolution Processes, interpret the collective bargaining agreement with regard to salaries and benefits. Ideally you will have a Postgraduate degree in Industrial Psychology and/or Labour Relations/ Labour Law. A minimum of 5 years experience in an IR role is essential.
