Reporting to the Deputy Program Director (DPD), the Project Manager is responsible for delivering capital construction projects that meet user needs on-time, within budget and at the appropriate quality level.
The Project Manager will supervise, coordinate and monitor all in-house and/or outsourced architectural, engineering and construction management personnel to meet project needs and goals.
The selected candidate will focus on successful project delivery utilizing the support systems and resources. A valid Texas License as a Professional Engineer is required. In addition, candidates must have six (6) years of full-time paid experience in civil, mechanical, electrical, chemical or air pollution control engineering work, at least two (2) years of which shall have been as an administrative engineer.
