Job Description

The Project Manager manages and coordinates projects for one or more clients. Duties include design, coordination, permitting, and budgets, as well as personnel, project, and client relationship management by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate managers. Leadership responsibilities include understanding, promoting and actively supporting Guiding Principles and Vision statement when completing job duties. Responsibilities also include completing assigned tasks that aid the company in achieving its stated long-term objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a B.S. in Civil Engineering, or at least 8 years related civil engineering experience;

Relevant experience primarily in land/site development, with knowledge of utilities, drainage, quality control, and project management;At least 2 years project management experience; and Working knowledge of AutoCAD/ Civil 3D Design Software, Excel, and Word.
