MEP Cost Manager

This role will perform the role of the Commission Manager, taking responsibility for end to end service delivery, ensure client objectives are met through the delivery of an effective cost management service, provide estimate and cost planning to include producing and presenting the final cost plan and Perform all aspects of work tendering and procurement, including managing the pre-qualification stage, produce tender list, compile the preliminaries together, tender analysis, produce tender report, and compile contractual documents.
A college degree in Construction Management/Economics, Quantity Surveyor, or related field with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in delivering cost management, to include cost planning, construction projects, and management services is a must. Experience with MEP, estimating, and construction management required membership of relevant professional organization (i.e., Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or equivalent required.
