Specialized Geotechnical Contractor in Texas seeks a Senior Geotechnical Project Manager for exciting Construction Projects. Candidates applying would need to have at least 5+ years of experience managing geotechnical construction project work plus a knowledge of soil modification, deep foundations, earth retention systems and/or ground improvement. A Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geotechnical Engineering or a similar discipline; or equivalent combination of related work experience is a must. Duties will include managing project development of geotechnical construction projects from initiation to closure related to barrier walls, grouting, soil mixing and sheet/soldier pile work and directing the execution of all aspects of projects, including: pre-bid meetings, proposal preparation, project start-up, contract and change order management, resource loading, project controls, materials buy-out, subcontractor management and cash flow management.
