Construction Project Scheduler

Construction Project Scheduler required by specialized firm in New York State, NY, USA. Candidate will work on multiple small ($1M) and large ($100M+) single and multi-prime contract capital improvement projects. Candidate is expected to have a minimum of 5 years of experience in preparing, managing, and developing CPM construction schedules and recovery scenarios. Analysis of change order impacts on schedules and strong familiarity with interpretation and enforcement of Owner Agency specifications is required. Background experience in heavy civil, wastewater, and water infrastructure is a must. Strong computer and communication skills, as well as proficiency in Primavera P3, P6, and Microsoft Project software is required.
