Job Description

Our client, a top New York City firm, is seeking an exceptional Assistant Project Manager. Qualified individuals should have 3-5 years of construction management experience with a general commercial contractor and a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. Experience with managing small projects and experience with academic projects preferred. Excellent communication skills expected. A large part of the job will involve maintaining proper documentation, purchasing, and scheduling. Stand-out candidates will be able to identify issues before they arise and provide Project Managers with answers to complex questions.
