Assistant Cost Manager/Cost Analyst

The position will support the role of Commission Manager, taking responsibility for effectively delivering a range of tasks to high quality standards. On occasion, to perform the role of the Commission Manager on small projects, taking responsibility for end to end service delivery.
Responsibilities will include conducting background research, data collection and benchmarking, estimating and producing cost plans, compiling and amending the tender list and drafting the procurement documentation.
Candidates for this position will have a minimum of 2-5 years’ work experience with predominately commercial and/or financial sector experience. Strong background in building technologies, financial reporting, and pre-construction estimating is required.
